7 WAYS TO BE STRESS FREE!!!


1. Start your day and end it with a prayer.



       Prayer is the most powerful weapon against evil. When you pray everything will just go smoothly. (Pray the Rosary daily!)

2. Just relax and think of positive thoughts only.


       Positive thought is a magnet of good vibes! : )

3. Do things one at a time.


   
     Doing things one at a time can make you focus on things. As Mr. Victor Parreno, a businessman, said " FOCUS means Focus One Course Until Succeed!!!

4. Avoid getting angry and the things that will lead you to stress.



      Getting angry would surely give you STRESS! 

5. Don't worry too much.


       Worrying can only make you stressed, so why worry? God said: " I am greater than your problems I will lift you up" and more than that always believe that GOD provides!

6. Always think that things happen for a better cause.


        There was once a girl who woke up late and was late for work. She blamed God for this. She accusingly said to God : " Why did you make me wake up late? Because of it, I got scolded at work."
God replied in His warmest voice: "I'm sorry that you woke up late but I only asked your Guardian Angel to let you sleep more because there was a man, waiting at the corner of the street going to your workplace, who wants to kill you." The girl felt guilty and embarrassed for blaming God. She then asked forgiveness from God with all her heart. God said, " I forgive you because I love you more than you can imagine!"


7. Always wear a smile and take time to appreciate the nature.



       "A glad heart makes a joyful face". There is so many things to be happy for. God gave up His only begotten Son to save us. So SMILE Always! : )
        Nature can make you feel peacefulness. Take time and appreciate the beauty of nature.
